Senior Management

Morris W. Offit is Chairman of Offit Capital. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Offit was the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Offit Hall Capital Management LLC. Prior to that time, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of OFFITBANK, a wealth management private bank, which merged with Wachovia Bank in 1999. Mr. Offit began his career in 1960 at Mercantile Safe Deposit and Trust Company in Baltimore in investment research. He joined Salomon Brothers in 1969 and for ten years was a General Partner, establishing the Stock Research Department with subsequent responsibility for fixed income and equity sales.

Mr. Offit received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University (1957) and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (1960). He was the recipient of the honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters from The Johns Hopkins University in 1996. In 1983, he served as Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, lecturing on the secondary capital markets.

Mr. Offit’s affiliations include serving as a Trustee of the following organizations: The Johns Hopkins University (Chairman of the Board, 1990-1996); The Jewish Museum (Chairman of the Board, 1987-1991); WNET; and The Museum of the American Revolution. Mr. Offit also completed a six-year term as Chairman and President of UJA-Federation of New York in 2007. From 2005 to 2013, Mr. Offit served as a Director of American International Group, Inc. ("AIG"), as well as the Chairman of AIG’s Finance and Risk Management Committee.

Daniel W. Offit is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Offit Capital. Previously, Mr. Offit was a Managing Director at Offit Hall Capital Management and a Managing Director of pacific coast activities for OFFITBANK. Prior to his work at OFFITBANK, Mr. Offit spent four years with Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Vice President in the International Equities Division. From 1990-1992, Mr. Offit was a Senior Credit Analyst at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.

Mr. Offit received a B.A. from Dartmouth College (1990), and holds a M.A. in International Relations with concentrations in Asian Studies and International Economics from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University (1995).

Mr. Offit's outside affiliations include serving as a member of the Dartmouth College Fund Committee, the Advisory Council for the American Museum of Natural History, and the President of the Board of Trustees for the Greenwich Country Day School.

Ned S. Offit is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Offit Capital. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Offit Hall Capital Management and a Managing Director at OFFITBANK, based in Miami. From 1993-1999, Mr. Offit worked for Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., most recently as a Managing Director in the emerging markets fixed income department. While at Bear Stearns, he spent two years running emerging markets fixed income sales in London. From 1989-1990, Mr. Offit worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in domestic private banking.

Mr. Offit received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University (1987), and a M.A. in Latin American Studies and International Economics from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University (1993).

Mr. Offit is a member of the Advisory Council for the School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University and a member of the Board of Directors of Asphalt Green. Previously, Mr. Offit has served on the Board of Trustees of Montefiore Medical Center and Riverdale Country School.

Todd E. Petzel is the Chief Investment Officer of Offit Capital.

Prior to joining Offit Capital, Mr. Petzel was a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer of Azimuth Asset Management, a New York-based fund of hedge funds. Previously, he served as Chief Investment Officer of Commonfund, an asset manager and fund of funds focused primarily on investing on behalf of endowments and foundations. During his seven-year tenure at Commonfund, Mr. Petzel served as Chair of the internal investment group responsible for the structure and strategy of assets under management equal to approximately $30 billion at the time of his departure, up from $16 billion at the beginning of his term. Prior to his work at Commonfund, Mr. Petzel served as Chief Economist at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chief Economist at the Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange in New York. Mr. Petzel began his career as an economics professor at Macalester College and Stanford University, and later served as a lecturer in finance at the University of Chicago from 1989-1996. He has written extensively on finance and markets as editor-in-chief of Derivatives Quarterly (1994-2001) and as author of Financial Futures and Options: A Guide to Markets, Applications, and Strategies (1989).

Mr. Petzel is a Public Director of the National Futures Association (NFA), Trustee for the Committee on Economic Development (CED), and a member of the Investment Committee of Albuquerque Academy.

Mr. Petzel holds a Ph.D., M.A. and B.A., with honors, in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Mark C. Abrahamsen is a Partner of Offit Capital and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Abrahamsen was a management consultant with Casey, Quirk & Associates. Previously, he was an investment banker within Merrill Lynch's Financial Institutions Group. Prior to his graduation from business school, he was a research analyst with Deltec Asset Management Corp., focusing on high-yield securities, and a senior analyst for distressed debt and restructurings at BDS Securities. He began his career at State Street Research & Management Co. as a management associate.

Mr. Abrahamsen graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University (1993) and an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago (2001). He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Chartered Financial Consultant professional designations.

Jyotsna V. Bean is a Partner of Offit Capital and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. She is based in our New York office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bean worked as an Investment Advisor at UBS, where she was a member of a six person team managing over $2 billion in assets, and Goldman Sachs. Previously, she was an investment banker within UBS Investment Bank’s Financial Institutions Group. Prior to her career in finance, Ms. Bean was a professional tennis player on the WTA Tour.

Ms. Bean earned her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University (2000) and her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School (2007).

Vito Campasano is a Partner at Offit Capital and is responsible for equity research for the firm. Previously, Mr. Campasano was a Vice President at Offit Capital. Mr. Campasano began his career at Offit Hall Capital Management LLC in the Client Advisory Group.

Mr. Campasano received his B.S. in Business and Finance from Saint John’s University (2006).

William J. Dixon is the Director of Portfolio Strategy at Offit Capital.

Previously, Mr. Dixon served as Director of Public Investments within the Investments Office of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, which he joined in 2011. The Investments Office oversees approximately $4.3 billion in long-term investment assets for MSKCC, supporting organizational operations and retirement benefits. In addition, he provided leadership across the entire pension plan investment portfolio, inclusive of private investments and liability management.

Prior to joining MSKCC, Mr. Dixon served as an Executive Director at UBS starting in 2010 following seven years as a Senior Investment Analyst at Tewksbury Capital Management in Bermuda and Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Prior to his investment career, Mr. Dixon served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the United States Navy. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Roshel Isakharov is a Partner of Offit Capital and a Trader and Portfolio Manager in the firm’s Fixed Income Division.

Prior to joining Offit Capital, Mr. Isakharov served as a Portfolio Manager and a member of the Investment Strategy Committee at Wells Fargo Private Bank. Previously he was a Portfolio Management Associate at OFFITBANK, Senior Portfolio Administrator with Morgan Stanley and a Mortgage-Backed Securities Accountant at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Isakharov received his B.A. (1998) from Queens College-The City University of New York. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Jessica Lin is a Partner of Offit Capital focusing on the firm's credit and fixed income oriented investments.

Prior to joining Offit Capital, Ms. Lin was an analyst at Larch Lane Advisors, a firm that manages several fund-of-hedge fund and seeding products, where she was responsible for performing all aspects of due diligence on hedge fund managers across a variety of strategies. Ms. Lin started her career at Citigroup, where she was an analyst in the bank's Debt Capital Markets division, focusing on syndicated bank loans and asset-backed securities.

Ms. Lin graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics concentrating in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (2003).

Igal Litovsky is a Partner of Offit Capital and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He is based in our Los Angeles office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Litovsky was a senior executive at Shamrock Holdings, the private investment firm of the Roy E. Disney family where he focused on private equity investments.

Prior to that, Mr. Litovsky was Vice President of Marketing for Broadband Sports and also worked as a Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in the company’s Buenos Aires office. Mr. Litovsky began his career as Director of Research with the Leo Burnett Company which included three years in the firm’s Mexico City office.

Mr. Litovsky earned his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts from the University of Chicago (1990) and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (1998).

Mr. Litovsky served as a Director of several private and public companies including Ahava – Dead Sea Laboratories and Raval ACS.

Vincent M. Rella is the Chief Financial Officer of Offit Capital and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Offit Capital Advisors, Mr. Rella was a Principal of The Carlyle Group and the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of one of its funds. Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Rella was a Managing Director for OFFITBANK which he joined as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in 1986. Previously, Mr. Rella was employed by Eisner LLP.

Mr. Rella graduated with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Queens College-City University of New York (1981), and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jessica L. Trask is a Partner of Offit Capital and is responsible for client advisory services and portfolio administration. Previously Ms. Trask was a Vice President at Offit Capital. Prior to that she was an Associate in the Client Advisory Group at Offit Hall Capital Management LLC. Ms. Trask began her career at Offit Hall as an Administrative Assistant and supported the Funds of Funds operations.

Ms. Trask received her B.A. in 2002 from the University of Maryland and holds an M.B.A. (2010) from Fordham University.

Fixed Income Team

Michael J. Kennedy is a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director of Offit Capital’s Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining Offit Capital, Mr. Kennedy was the Head Portfolio Manager and a member of the Investment Strategy Committee at Wells Fargo Private Bank. Previously he was a Vice President and Investment Strategist at Lazard Asset Management. He joined Lazard from OFFITBANK where he served as Senior Investment Strategist. Mr. Kennedy began his career at The Discount Corporation of New York and at Sanwa Securities.

Mr. Kennedy received his B.A. (1983) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Frank J. Biondo is a Trader/Portfolio Manager and Managing Director of Offit Capital’s Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining Offit Capital, Mr. Biondo was a Director and Portfolio Manager with Credit Suisse, which he joined from UBS Global Asset Management, where he was a Director, Portfolio Manager, and Head Trader for separately managed accounts. Previously, he was a Vice President, Trader and Assistant Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Asset Management and at Salomon Brothers Asset Management. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Accountant.

Mr. Biondo received his B.S. (1990) in Accounting and Economics from New York University Stern School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Benjamin Hollister is the Director of Municipal Credit Research of Offit Capital’s Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hollister was Vice President for Portfolio Surveillance at National Public Finance Guarantee/MBIA. Previously he held the role of Vice President at FGIC and Vice President and Credit Analyst at Bank of New York Asset Management. He was also a former Assistant Vice President at Government Finance Associates and a Credit Analyst at Crédit Local de France. He began his career in the income and sales tax unit at the New York City Office of Management and Budget, and at the Council on Economic Priorities.

Mr. Hollister received his B.A. (1991) from Yale University and his M.P.A. (1996) from New York University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Municipal Analysts Group of New York and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
